OH THE AGONY OF LOW CARB DAYS!!

Note to self:
Self,
Do not get up to do cardio at 5am on a low carb day & follow it with 3 personal training clients, 2 massages and go back and blast your legs and butt at the gym. It's only 5:30 and I really want to go to bed!! Today was long and it’s not over.

But as I said in my FB post earlier, training for the WBFF is bigger than me and I have my eye on the prize of helping other people live healthier. I’m always grateful for the chance to work and help others, but I realized I can’t stretch myself so thin on low carb days and work a 10 hour day. Lesson learned. On the days I’m training so hard and in competition mode, I’ll keep a little lighter work schedule, or maybe my cardio won’t be so long and HIIT is the way to go for me and lifting will be a little less intense. I’ve got some packing to do, so I’m going to brew some coffee and keep moving.
